Rick AbercrombiePresident, OwnerGrew up in Orlando Florida. Graduated from Edgewater High School in 1970 and University of Central Florida in 1977 with a BS in business administration and accounting after attending University of Oklahoma the first two years. Passed the CPA test in 1979. Holds a current Florida Certified Builders license as well as a Florida Underground Utility Contractor license. Has over 40 years of experiences in various areas of the construction industry. Rick has a son, Jay, living with grandson Keller in Ormond Beach. A daughter, Angela, living with granddaughters Lily and Kylie in Austin, Tx. He is an avid Jacksonville Jaguar, LA Dodger and Oklahoma Sooner sports fan. |

Russell WittenbergSecretary Treasurer, OwnerRussell was born and raised in Daytona Beach Florida. He has been in the construction industry since 1983, and has been with A&W Construction Services Inc. since 1993. Outside of work Russell is an avid surfer,and a Porsche enthusiast. |

Eddie WestVice President of Field Operations, OwnerGrew up in Deland Florida and graduated from Deland High School in 1983. He worked many years at Henry Baylor Plastering before joining forces to form A&W Construction Services, Inc. in 1993. He is an expert in the fields of installing metal framing, drywall, ceilings and plastering of all types. |

Lisa SullivanOffice ManagerOriginally from the Chicago area, she has been in Daytona Beach for about 25 years. Lisa has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years. She has a background in Retail Management and Accounting and she has been the Office Manager for A&W Construction Services, Inc. since 1997 Lisa enjoys horseback riding and loves all animals. |

Mike FarmerExecutive AssistantMike has lived in the Daytona Beach area since 1967. Mike is a Father Lopez Catholic High School and Stetson University graduate. Mike has had years of experience in management, finance, and accounting prior to joining the A&W Construction team in 2007. Some of Mikes hobbies consist of sports, and fresh water fishing. |

While attending the University of Cincinnati Nick was a walk on quarterback for the University's football team. Nick enjoys traveling and listening to country music. |

The combination of Tom's field and office experience makes him very knowledgeable about the metal framing and drywall trade . |

Luke GrothEstimator/Project ManagerLuke Groth grew up in South Daytona Florida. He graduated from Atlantic High School in 2006. Luke is a proud father to his daughter Alicia, who was born in 2008. Luke began working in the construction industry in 2006. Luke spent a few years in the field working, and was given the opportunity to transition into the office to estimate projects and become a project manager. |
